Closed petition change the law of dogs on public footpaths and open land to no dogs allowed.
Closed on
due to increasing livestock attacks due to dogs and a outdated law which can never be enforced if the police have no evidence then no action can be taken against the owners of the dog if they can be found...which in turn causes tens of thousands of damage to livestock and wildlife.
its a well known fact the British news media does not report the real accounts of how many dog attacks there is on livestock / wildlife, but on other media sites it's widespread ..farming forums farming press you tube etc ...but not everyone reads this media ..this law needs rewritten to which if there is no written permission given for dogs allowed on a public path /open land then no dogs allowed ..
