Petition Make south west water improve the water treatment plant in Looe Cornwall

Looe in south east Cornwall has been taken over by the stench of the sewage works, especially west Looe. The odours are repugnant and is putting off holidaymakers. We also lose tourist because sewage is allowed to overflow in heavy rains affecting both the estuary and the water quality on the beach.
