Rejected petition Deporting Foreign Serious Criminals.

I think ANYONE entering the country should be made to sign a "Declaration of Deportation" (in whatever language they need) to say that they understand that if they commit serious crimes in our country, or against our country, they WILL be deported REGARDLESS of their situation back home. It's then up to them if they want to risk it. Too many people come here, want to kill us, and yet can't be kicked out because they'd be in danger. Well they've made their bed!
