Petition Abolish or reduce Vehicle Excise Duty (Road Tax) for Motorcycles

As most Motorcycles cover minimal annual mileage, have low emissions, help reduce congestion and do little damage to roads, it is unfair that owners have to pay between £17 and £82 tax per year whilst a significant number of cars pay none and many paying only £30 per year.
