Petition Fund Health visitors & Midwifes to do the UNICEF babyfriendly initative training

We need atleast 50% of Health visitors & Midwifes to funded to do the UNICEF babyfriendly initative training. Not doing so means that Health Visitors and Midwives do not have enough training to give correct advice regarding baby health and breast feeding, and cannot follow current NICE guidelines.
