Petition Merge English, Welsh and Northern Irish exam boards

We, the undersigned, believe that there should only be one exam board for England, Wales and Northern Ireland for GCSE and A-level. This is because there are differences between the exam boards on exam difficulty, marking and the costs for remarks and repeats. A single exam board would also provide efficiency and savings for the government.

Scotland is excluded as it is on a different system entirely.
