A person should be entitled to Legal Aid ONCE, after this it should be refused. Also, if a solicitor advises an appeal against a sentence and it fails, they (the solicitors NOT Legal Aid) should pay full costs. This would reduce Legal Aid cost and only those cases which is worthy of the appeal would be forwarded.
