Rejected petition Family Courts factor in evidence of Alienation Inducement when ruling

Children being alienated from one parent by another is common in Family Court contact request or custody cases. This is psychologically harmful to the child and prolongs the court process unnecessarily. There are many papers about Alienation Inducement and the consequent Parent Alienation Syndrome.
