Rejected petition Scrap TV Licence for everybody

I believe that the BBC should start to self fund .. The quality of TV is poor compared to other broadcasters who are funded privately.. They cannot keep the best programmes due to money from other channels. Scrap the licence put all channels on an even playing field.
