Closed petition reduce the 75% council tax for single dwellers to 50%

it cannot be ethicialy right for single occupants especially widowed to pay a council tax rate of 75%
i have no idea how the deparment concerned came to this figure it is grossly unjust and should be rectified to a 50% levy if you look at the whole context household costs refuge, water etc they will be using 50% less not 75%.
