I have been an undertaker for many years. I have witnessed the aftermath and carnage whilst attending fatal crashes, where driver has been distracted by using mobile phone and lost control. The percentage of motorists using phones has risen!!! in the past 5 years. They are laughing at the law.

I still remember attending a fatality where the driver had driven into back of lorry...his mobile phone still connected to the call.
