Petition Require 30% of all restaurant tips to go towards chefs

The chefs work as hard or maybe even more so it is only fair they get some of the tips. Seeing as most chefs earn a bit less than waiters in most places and work twice as hard at most times.

I have worked in many kitchens where no tips have been cut and have always been unfair and so do many people. I now work in a place where the tips get cut by 40% so that the kitchen has a little extra in their pocket, and it works so great and gives us an extra goal to work towards.
