Petition Pass legislation to abolish the payment of full council tax on probate property

It seems that councils are now charging 100% council tax on probate properties, irrespective of whether efforts are being made to sell or rent them. Legislation, it seems, will allow them to charge 150% or even 200% next year. This is immoral and unfair and nothing more than another unfair tax.
