We the undersigned call for the Child Support Agency, part of the Child Maintenance and Enforcement Commission to be instructed to transfer all cases being dealt with under the 'old rules' calculation method transfered to the 'new rules' calculation method.

This is in recognition that the 'old rules' method is overly complicated when compared with the 'new rules' and it's inheriently divisive & unfair that compliant non resident parents are being dealt with under two very different calculation methods.
