Petition I wish the Home Office to review the case of a Fijian soldier Semesa Maiyale.
Semesa Maiyale known as Sam joined the British army in 2003 and served with the Kings Own Scottish Borders and then the Royal Regiment of Scotand serving nine years,completed tours of Iraq and was promised the right to remain in the Uk after his service ended.

Sam was discharged in 2012, Sam has no right to work, cannot claim benefits or housing and is supported by his partner who as a staff nurse is having to provide for the both of them and their son. sam rightly feels betrayed and let down.
