Petition Raise the fine for using a handheld device at the wheel to £1,000.

The Press states that the fine for using a handheld device at the wheel will be doubled from £100 to £200. For a car owner / driver this is ridiculously small. I believe that the Government should raise the fine for such dangerous behaviour to at least £1,000. Breaking this law should hurt!
