Closed petition 'Parent and Child' Parking bays are NOT 'Disabled' Parking bays and Vice Versa

Please sign this e-petition if you believe that there should be a Law introduced that bans disabled badge holders (and people without children in the car) using 'Parent & Child' parking spaces in the same way there is a Law for people without a Disabled badge using 'Disabled' parking spaces.
Parents should be issued with a 'Parent Parking' badge equivelent to the 'Disabled Parking' Badge which has to be displayed to use the 'Parent & Child' parking spaces. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I am calling on The Government to introduce the use of 2 badges for parking nationally ...
1. Parents have a badge for Parent & Child' parking.
2. Disabled have a badge for 'Disabled' parking. (unchanged).
Only by displaying the appropriate badge can you use these spaces.
And also for there to be enough of them made available in ALL car parks Nationally.
