Important:

Rejected petition Redefine Rape under sexual offences act (2003) to exclude gendered pronouns.

Under the Sexual Offences Act (2003) Provision 1, rape is defined using the terms:
"A person (A) commits an offence if—he intentionally penetrates the vagina, anus or mouth of another person (B) with his penis..."
I simply call for gender exclusive descriptors to be redacted.

More details

Whilst a defence using the phraseology is unlikely and its chance of succeeding is slim to none, the phallo-centric law still passively asserts that only men can can rape under normal sexual circumstances (excluding insertion of digits by a female).

The law never states that forceful insertion is rape either, therefore no female-male rapes can occur even if the victim does not consent (technically includes statutory rape)
