April 2017, gov only pay child tax credit for 2 children, for new claims if family with 4 children re claim, they can only claim for 2 kids, later the government change to universal credit, with Lower rate for only 2 kids(unless a child is disabled) make government reconsider or make fairer changes

Everyone will be forced into universal credit and everyone will only get money for two kids, many families will be poor.
