Petition Invest in medical research that does not involve animal tesing/vivisection

94% of drugs that have been "successfully" tested on animals fail at clinical trials. Vivisection is cruel and should be replaced by non-animal alternative testing. Currently the government spends a tiny fraction on non-animal medical research in comparison to vivisection. I would like the government to invest the money that is currently spent on vivisection on medical research programmes that do not involve animals.
