In the USA, France and Germany, billionaires are saying that they should pay more tax. In Britain we have the opposite. As the average income is approximately £24,000 most bofus are subsidisinjg millionaires,

I petition HMRC to :
1. Retain the 50% tax rate on incomes over £150,000
2. Increase the tax rate for incomes over £1,000,000 to 70%
3. Close the loopholes which allow people with massive incomes to pay tiny amounts of tax.
