Rejected petition Introduction of food stamps

It is digusting that in our country today people are so unsupported by the goverment that they have to rely on food banks in order to survive. Maybe the goverment should debate the mis representation of the fate of low income families in out country struggling to survive on the benefits they receieve. In the US poor families are given food stamps to use. This would stop money as some suggest being spent elsewhere. It would also be money put back into the economy
