Petition Bring out Identity Cards that hold DNA details for EVERYONE living/enters UK

it's time to get a world wide data base, starting with the UK. everyone either Born/living/entering the uk should have to submit their DNA & then receive a Biometric ID card a cross between a bank card & a driving licence type. the results of less police hours would out weigh the cost of the cards.

not only would they cut down police hours saving the force money, they would free up officers to do deal with more crimes. as well as tracking down rapists and killers (where DNA was found) a lot quicker they would also help family's that have lost loved ones due to horrific circumstances,
i,e where a body is either badly composed or mutilated, the police could check DNA database and say ok this is them meaning that the family will not have a life time of a horrific image of their loved ones.
