Rejected petition To prevent schools from sending students home on the basis of dress code.
Rejected on
Sending students home on the basis of the dress code denies them their educational rights - a student's uniform shouldn't determine their academic success and schools should focus on their students progress rather than what they are wearing and what impression they may give.
