Rejected petition Scrap the hgv drivers cpc except for Newley qualified drivers.

The hgv cpc course was introduced 2 years ago,many of us are now starting our second lot of 37 hrs every 5 years. The courses are repeating themselves and many videos watched 3 or 4 times it has become un-informative. The gov receive £8 for every driver taking it so has this just a back door tax.
