Some 1.4 million vehicles in the UK do not have insurance, compared with 34 million that do.
they are pushing up the cost of the law-abiding drivers premiums, Yet when they are caught, they recieve mere penalty points and a fine of up to £200,
I want to see an instant 12 month ban and tougher sentences for those caught, their vehicles sold at auction to reduce our premiums.
