Rejected petition STOP Alternative Policing is happening in the UK

Chief Inspector of Constabulary. Reports that "Alternative " policing is being administered in some parts of Britian. They administer justice even in case of murder and sexual assaults on Children. Police are NEVER called to certain minority communities as they administer their own Justice.
