Rejected petition Make parking in Parent & Child spaces without a child a parking violation.

Parent & Child bays should only be for people that have children in the car with them. People that park in the bays without a child should get a parking ticket. To park in the bays you should have to send your childs birth certificate off then receive a valid ticket to display in your car.

Numerous times i have witnessed people parking in the bays when they have no child. Getting your child out the car when you park in a normal parking bay is very difficult. Sometimes it is impossible & have to go home instead of going into the shop.
