Rejected petition Affect the salary of all public sector workers according to % of smokers.

A simple law that would be voted in parliament. If the Statistics show percentage of smokers is decreased you would be increased in salary by that percentage amount to all employees of public sector (usually Unison members). Example: 5% less smokers 5% more salary for UNISON members.
