I would like to see the DVLA replaced with a organisation that provides a useful and helpful service. The list of mistakes by the DVLA is almost endless it's time to close it down and replace it with something that works, staffed by knowleadgable and helpfull staff.
I have had a number of dealings with the DVLA over the last 18 months all of which have resusted mistakes, unhelpful staff or excuses to charge me some more money. I for one have had enough. It's not working time for change.
