solicitors are drafting leagle documents with no mention of a no win no fee arrangements they are clear about every other issue money laundering,people responsible for your work,time estimate,costs and expenses,client care storage of files and their liability to you a standard contract.
a contract solely for a no win no fee should be made in law. signed and dated by both parties
i believe its the only way the client can be protected against any misunderstanding or blatent advice leading to the claiment being charged unwittingly.
