Change the Stamp Duty Rates to be incremental from the tier value only, e.g 0-£125K zero. £125k to £250K 1% £250 to £350 2% etc. NOT as current applying to the whole price depending upon the sale price band. e.g £250 k = 1% 250,001 = 3% !!!!
