I wish the Government to amend the existing rules as to restrict the free use of the NHS to those who both possess a British Passport and were either born in the UK or have paid UK tax for 4 years or more.
Presently the service is for those ordinarily resident in the UK but there is in effect no restriction as to who uses the system as there is no facility to charge people even if they have travel insurance.
