Petition Make it a criminal offence to cause injury to a ridden horse on a public road.

Due to an ever increasing number of serious accidents reported on UK roads involving horses, we feel that further care needs to be taken by other road users. The fact that there is no penalty for causing injury to horses by driving dangerously does not encourage drivers to use proper care.
