Petition Make JSA pay more than Incapacity benefity or ESA

Too many people in Liverpool and Newcastle etc are on the sick. They know Incapacity pays more than JSA plus you don't have to sign on etc.

I propose making JSA pay more than Incapacity - checking people are really applying for jobs. If we did this and reduced Incapacity below JSA we would soon find out who was cheating the system before.
