Rejected petition To investigate & then debate the links with ticketing & reseller companies

Following the recent ticket sales of Phil Collins' Royal Albert Hall concert.
The tickets sold out within an hour and within the following hour the major resellers all had tickets available at 2, 3, 4 + times the original prices.
This is the most recent example of this highly suspect practice.
