Closed Youths 14-18 required to be CRB checked if working at a youth organisation

Children at youth organisations in the UK are being put at risk as there is no current guidelines or law allowing a youth worker/leader to check on the Sex offenders register about a person who is under 18.

The law needs to change to allow a youth who will be mixing with children to be checked against the register, as under 18 no CRB checks are ever made and this is dangerous.
