Rejected petition To be able to submit footage of drivers on their phones whilst at the wheel.

As a motorcyclist with an action camera on every single commute without fail, I see drivers using their mobile phones whilst driving whether it is in stationary or moving traffic.
I am calling for motorcyclists / By passers to use their camera footage to use as evidence to help with a conviction.
