communities are being made to pay the price of poor administration and dishonest practises of local councils - it is now time to thoroughly 'cleanse the system' and firstly to find out what in truth is going on in local government and then to provide a clean broom to sweep the chafe out and instil high standard of service and to put the needs of the local community first and not the needs of the council employees especially those at the top.
