Rejected petition Recycling should be mandatory for the UK

I as a proud citizen of Britain. I firmly believe that the streets of Britain are extremely dirty. We feel that throwing our rubbish in the bin is a burden upon us. However if we all had a consequence of not throwing our rubbish in the bin, we may think twice about leaving it on the road.
