Petition Offer support mentally for citizens dealing with life changing disabilities

For example, many people in the UK suffer with a life limiting/ changing disability. Help as such as how to operate a wheelchair, how to tune cochlear implants etc is provided by the nhs. No help mentally is provided to help people adjust to their new lives.

I know many people including myself who have suffered from a life changing disability. Obviously these disabilites have a major effect on our life and how we see it. Out of everyone i know, not one fraction of us was offered someone to talk to.
