Rejected petition Instruct all MPs to consult their constituencies before voting on Article 50

We the undersigned ask that all MPs consult their constituents on their feelings on leaving the EU before voting to trigger Article 50. Since the initial referendum vote people's opinions have changed, and many people who voted to leave now regret it. We need an accurate and current view on the EU.
