Rejected petition ALL Political Parties enact a 3 line whip on a vote on invoking Article 50.

IF the government fails in it's appeal against the high court on their decision on who can invoke Article 50, then the Conservatives, Labour and others must all place a three-line whip on a yes vote (yes to invoke it)
