Rejected petition Make infant first aid a mandatory part of antenatal care.

Every parent should know basic first aid. There are so many who do not have basic first aid training, and most not relevant to infants and children. This potentially life saving skill should be part of the antenatal care program that expectant parents follow, especially mouth to mouth resuscitation.
