Rejected petition The government make, council,s provide park & ride before a levy on diesel cars

Air pollution is a combination of all traffic, & cities such as Southampton, have done nothing to lessen vehicle movements into the city, unlike many smaller towns & cities.
As an asthmatic I can feel the difference when away from the heavy pollution in none park & ride towns & cities
