Petition Increase public awareness and penalties for using mobiles whilst driving.

A mother and three young children were needlessly killed by a lorry driver using his phone recently. A massive government information campaign is needed to help stamp this thoughtless practice out, also use of existing cameras for prosecutions and an instant twelve month ban for offenders as in DD.
