Petition Minimum 3 month driving ban and £1k fine if caught using a mobile phone driving.

Using a hand held mobile phone while driving can have the same consequences as drink driving. Drivers caught not using hands free devices should be subject to a minimum 3 month driving ban and a minimum £1000 fine. The only way we can try and stop this is by imposing tougher laws.
