For all UK tax payers to pay a tax of £7.50 each month of the year. Which then all money goes towards renewable energy and eventually lowers payroll tax.

Everyone pollutes therefore everyone has a responsibility to on saving are great nation and doing our bit for the world. With the £7.50 month tax this means there will be an extra £195 Million pounds to renewable energy and research and development and in a year an extra £2.3 Billion pounds towards it!
