Rejected petition Prevent young drivers being charged extortionate amounts for car insurance

Young drivers, especially those aged 17-19 are forced into paying extortionate amounts for car insurance. Let the government know how we feel about this and that we want to have fair insurance prices to help us on lower incomes than older professional people so that we can afford to drive.
