All UK homes and businesses need access to a minimum 2mb broadband connection in order to benefit from the increasingly digital world. This should be universally completed, at no extra cost to customers, regardless of location and challenges, before any roll out of further improvements elsewhere.

The UK Government must introduce legislation to make this a minimum standard for all internet providers to meet.
